Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds for hemp flower or any hemp edible or hemp extract. We do offer exchanges for hemp oil vape cartridge that are defective.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping/ Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers' address, lost in transit, not delivered, seized, or damaged.

If any issue occurs in transit, you must contact the courier, as we cannot be held responsible for damage, or loss, after the product leaves our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
